The simplest way is to type your keywords into a search engine and see how far down the results you appear. We will also use sophisticated software to provide in depth ranking reports over a range of search engines, highlighting your improvements.

How many links each month will you get for me?

This depends on which SEO package you choose.

How long will it take to get a high ranking website?

This depends greatly on how much SEO work has been done already and how competitive a market you are competing in. Generally small improvements should be noticeable within a month or 2, with the results improving as time goes on.

How do I know if I really need SEO?

If your target customers regularly use the internet to find products or services similar to yours then SEO can improve sales.

Why should I get a professional to do SEO for my Business?

When done badly SEO can actually be damaging for your business. “Black Hat SEO” practices can even get your website banned from google and other search engines. We do not use such practices.

Where do you submit our site?

First we submit your site to all of the major search engines. Next we submit your website to a wide range of suitable directories, many of which are free and some are paid for. Also we will write a selection of articles about topics relevant to your business and submit them to 100’s of sites. All of these articles will contain a link to your site.

What happens if I am unhappy with your service and not seeing any results?

Search Engine Optimisation is an ongoing and continuous process, if you need instant results we recommend Pay Per Click advertising. However if you are unhappy with our service then we offer a break clause in our contracts after 6 months, provided you give 60 days notice.

Are search engine rankings guaranteed?

No. Because of the complex and ever changing nature of search engines no rankings can be guaranteed. You may be top one day and second the next, however our ongoing support means that we are constantly working to improve your rankings.

Is it possible to find out how much traffic my competitor's website receives?

Not accurately. However the alexa rankings can give an approximate estimation and you can see how they compare to you within the search engines.

I hear terms white hat, black hat SEO. What does it mean and what method do you use?

White hat SEO is doing things the proper way, as allowed by search engines. Black hat SEO uses various tricks and scams which can provide quick and easy results but will most likely result in you being banned from all major search engines, eliminating all benefits. We use white hat SEO practices only.

What type of results do you estimate you could achieve and at roughly what price?

This depends tremendously on how competitive your market is and which package you choose.

Is it worth the money?

This is dependent on your business and in most cases the answer is yes. If we feel that SEO will not benefit you then we will not accept you as a customer. We work hard to ensure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied.
