How long will it take to build my website?

This depends on what kind of website you require. A small website using a standard content management system may be complete in less than week, whereas a fully interactive website running a bespoke CMS could take several months or even years, depending on the required features.

What do I need to provide for you to build my website?

We generally prefer for you to provide the basis of the content (text & pictures) for the site in digital form. We can arrange professional copywriters and photographers to join the project at an additional cost but generally find that most companies already have most of the content required from previous marketing.

Do you provide training on how to use your websites and Content Management Systems?

Yes. We will provide training on all new systems with one month free technical support to ensure that the transition into using your new website is as seamless as possible.

What payment options can I accept on my website?

This depends on your current banking situation. If your bank can provide you with a merchant banking number then a wide range of payment gateways exist to easily integrate credit and debit cards onto your site. Without a merchant banking number you still have several choices including paypal and nochex. We can advise you on the best options based on your specific requirements.

Do I need an SSL secure certificate?

This depends on your website. If you are collecting sensitive information such as credit card numbers it is highly recommended to have an SSL secure certificate. We can arrange these for you.

How many pages can my website have?

There is no limit to the number of pages on your site, although we will charge for time spent if you request us to make all of the pages for you. If you choose one of our content managent systems then you can create as many pages as you like for free.

What if I do not like the design?

We will consult you at all stages of the design and development process and request your feedback. This gives you the control to ensure that the website is built to your likings. As long as you provide feedback at the appropriate stages we will be more than happy to redesign or do things differently. However we reserve the right to charge extra for making changes that you have previously approved.

Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?

We include a domain name and hosting for one year with all new websites. Future renewals will be payable at standard rates.

Who owns the website after it is completed?

You.  After the final payment has been made, the full copyright of the site will be granted to you.

How do I get listed in Google?

We will submit all sites we create to google, yahoo, bing and several other search engines. However for the best results we recommend that you take our SEO and PPC packages to drive regular traffic to your site.

Can I see how many visitors I've had to my website?

We will set up all websites with google analytics which provides comprehensive visitor tracking and reporting. If you have also taken our SEO and PPC packages we will send you monthly reports showing how your website is performing against your targets.

Can you guarantee that my website will always be available?

No company can guarantee 100% availability but we do guarantee 99.9% uptime on all of our servers.
